Position 1: Finance Officer
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field with 3 years of experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Position 2: Input Specialist
Job Requirements:
- Relevant experience in private sector engagement, particularly in agricultural marketing and value chain development (input supply chain).
- Master’s degree with 3 years of experience in seeds, fertilizers, and other crop and horticulture inputs, or a Bachelor’s degree in plant science, seed science, agronomy, or related field with 15 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven experience in crop input management and field demonstrations related to seeds and fertilizers.
- Background in agricultural development programs is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of USAID projects, private sector engagement, approaches, and policy.
- Ability to handle multiple concurrent demands and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
