- Qualifications:

- Minimum of four (4) years in service delivery management.
- Responsibilities:

- Qualifications:

- Provide system support and articulate business needs into solutions.

Position 3: Software Development Engineer
- Qualifications:

- Knowledge of banking business is an advantage.
- Experience:
- At least six (6) years as a software engineer.

- Design and develop in-house software solutions.
- Provide high-level system support and business solutions.

Position 4: Cyber Security Incident & Response Engineer
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or Software Engineering.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CEH, CISA, CISM, CCSP, CISSP, Security+).
- Experience:
- At least six (6) years as a software engineer.
- Responsibilities:
- Develop cyber incident techniques and guidelines.
- Manage identification, detection, and resolution of security incidents.
- Monitor networks and prepare for future incidents.

Position 5: Senior Enterprise Service Integration & Support Officer
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum of five (5) years in system engineering.
- Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain the Bank’s ESB infrastructure.
- Ensure seamless integration between systems and applications.

Position 6: Compliance Officer
- Qualifications:
- Earn a Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Economics, Information Technology, Law, Accounting, Finance, or Banking.
- Master’s degree in a related field is an advantage.
- Experience:
- Minimum of four (4) years in a relevant role.
- Responsibilities:
- Combat money laundering and financing of terrorism.
- Ensure compliance with AML, CFT, and other directives.

Position 7: HR Operations Officer
- Qualifications:

- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field such as accounting, management, economics, or business administration.
- Experience:
- Minimum of seven (7) years in a relevant role, including one (1) year in a supervisory position.

- Lead branch operations, ensure adherence to procedures, and coordinate sales/business development.
- Guide customer service initiatives and prepare annual budgets and reports.
