Position 1: Plant Protection Foreman
- Education: BSc in Plant Science, Agronomy, or related fields.
- Experience: No prior experience required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assign and supervise pest assessors.
- Collect and review assessment reports, presenting them to the plant protection head for spray decisions.
- Premix all chemicals for spraying and hand them over to spray teams.
- Supervise pest assessment and spray teams.
- Calibrate spray equipment according to the type of chemical and target.
- Supervise the handling, cleaning, servicing, and maintenance of spray equipment.
Position 2: Property Officer
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a private company.
Other Qualifications:
- Experience in Property Management, warehouse/store management.
- Ability to prepare regular reports and submit them to the concerned department.
- Proficient in maintaining warehouse records and updating inventory soft files.
- Ensuring proper attachment of bin cards to each warehouse item.
- Basic computer skills (Excel and Word).
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with property and store procedures.
- Moderate knowledge of ERP systems (if any).
