Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Communication, or related fields
- Certification in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or equivalent
- Minimum of four years of demonstrated experience in graphic design, audio editing, and video editing, with preference given to professional settings
Desired:
- Proficiency in motion graphics, 3D animation, and interactive media is advantageous
- Previous experience with creative agencies is beneficial

- Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools
- Strategic thinking ability to shape processes, people, and systems
