About Us: Founded in 2001 as Girma Gelaw Building Contractor, Bamacon Real Estate PLC has grown from a Grade VII construction firm to a highly competitive Grade I Building Contractor. Registered with the Ministry of Infrastructure as BamaCon Engineering, we have continuously prioritized organizational and human resource development over equipment and finance throughout our 13 years of growth.

We are currently seeking qualified and motivated candidates for the following positions:

Position 1: Junior Office Engineer

  • Qualifications: MSc/BSc in Civil/COTM Engineering
  • Experience: 5 years of relevant experience in building projects as an Office Engineer
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Project and AutoCAD, ability to prepare engineering reports and documentation, excellent communication skills
  • Location: Addis Ababa

Position 2: Senior Office Engineer

  • Qualifications: MSc/BSc in Civil/COTM Engineering
  • Experience: 8-10 years of relevant experience in building projects as an Office Engineer
  • Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project, excellent communication skills
  • Location: Addis Ababa

Position 3: Finance Manager

  • Qualifications: MA/BA in Accounting & Finance
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of proven working experience, with at least 5 years in finance-related management positions within the construction/real estate sector
  • Skills: IFRS, Peachtree Accounting, spreadsheet, and other basic computer skills
  • Additional Info: Female applicants are highly encouraged
  • Location: Addis Ababa

Position 4: HR & Admin Manager

  • Qualifications: MA/BA in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Management, or related fields
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years, with at least 3 years in human resources
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and intrapersonal communication skills, self-motivated, result-oriented, well-organized, excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Location: Addis Ababa

Position 5: Building Administrator

  • Qualifications: BA in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in commercial/mixed-use building administration
  • Skills: Experience in leasing commercial properties, customer management, financial management, and excellent communication skills
  • Location: Addis Ababa
