Position: Multimedia Designer and Content Developer
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Communication, or related fields
- Certification in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field
- Minimum of four years of demonstrated experience in graphic design, audio editing, and video editing, preferably in a professional environment.
Desirable:
- Proficiency in motion graphics, 3D animation, and interactive media is advantageous.
- Previous experience with creative agencies is a plus.
Role Overview: We are seeking a proficient Multimedia Designer to join our team, responsible for creating visually captivating and engaging graphic design, audio, and video editing content. The Multimedia Designer will conceptualize, design, and produce multimedia assets for various purposes, including marketing campaigns, social media content, and presentations.
Core Competencies and Experience: Business Competencies:
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools, including a grasp of layout, typography, and color theory.
- Skills in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Basic understanding of audio editing software such as Adobe Audition or Audacity.
Creativity and Innovation:
- Demonstrated creative flair for generating innovative ideas and solutions across multimedia platforms.
Business Know-how:
- Understanding of creative requirements within the telecom industry.
Working with Change:
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and techniques in response to the evolving digital landscape.
Project and Programme Management:
- Efficient project management skills, encompassing time management, budgeting, and team/client coordination.
Functional Competencies:
- Proficiency in creating visual elements, including logos, illustrations, and layouts.
- Skills in shooting, editing, and post-production of videos.
- Competence in recording and editing audio, including mixing and mastering.
- Ability to create storyboards and conceptualize ideas visually.
- Understanding of typography principles and color theory.
- Proficient project management abilities.
