Position 1: Chief Resource Management Officer (Re-advertised)
Qualifications: Minimum of MSc/MBA/MA with at least 4 years in a senior management role or 13 years of relevant banking experience with a BA, including 5 years in a senior managerial position. Location: Head Office
Position 2: Branch Manager I
Qualifications: BA Degree in Management/Accounting/Business Administration/Economics or a related field, with a minimum of 6 years of relevant banking experience, including 2 years in supervisory branch positions. Location: Adama and Shashamane
Position 3: Branch Customer Experience Manager
Qualifications: BA/BSc degree in Management/Accounting/Business Administration/Economics or related field, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant banking experience, including 2 years in a supervisory position. Location: Adama branches
Salary and Benefits: According to the bank’s scale
