With approximately 70 branches across the country, we are committed to delivering superior service to our valued customers. We are currently hiring for the following positions:
Position 1: Customer Service Officer
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience: Two (2) years of banking operations experience. Knowledge of Islamic Finance and Banking (IFB) is advantageous.
- Duty Stations: Adama, Babile, Gode, Gera, Meti, Gelemso, Ali, Limu.
Position 2: Senior Customer Service Officer
- Qualification: BA degree in Accounting & Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: Three (3) years of banking operations experience. Knowledge of IFB is advantageous.
- Duty Stations: Adama, Babile, Goba, Gode, Gelemsa, Ali.
Position 3: Branch Operation Supervisor
- Qualification: BA degree in Accounting & Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: Four (4) years of banking operations experience. Knowledge of IFB is advantageous.
- Duty Stations: Adama, Babile, Gode, Gera, Gelemso, Sigma, Limu.
Position 4: Branch Manager
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience: Six (6) years of banking operations experience, with two years in a supervisory role. Knowledge of IFB is advantageous.
- Duty Stations: Adama, Babile, Goba, Gode, Meti, Gelemsa, Limu.
Position 5: IS Auditor Officer
- Qualification: BSC/BA degree in MIS, Computer Science, IT, Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience: Two (2) years of relevant experience. Knowledge of IFB is advantageous.
- Place of Work: Head Office, Addis Ababa.
Note:
- Training in IFB is advantageous.
