VisionFund Micro Finance Institution (S.C), founded in accordance with proclamation No. 40/96, offers financial services to the productive poor in both urban and rural regions of Ethiopia. Presently, VisionFund is active in four regional states across the country. We are looking for qualified candidates to fill the following positions:
Position 1: Senior Driver/Driver Mechanic
Job Requirements:
- Completion of 10th grade and possession of a 3rd grade driving license.
- 6 years of relevant experience.
- Physical fitness and ability to work under pressure, with potential for long hours and frequent travel.
- Basic auto mechanic knowledge for minor repairs.
- Capable of engaging and collaborating successfully with individuals at every level.
- Proficiency in conducting security checks and vehicle inspections.
- Capability to maintain a vehicle log book.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa
Position 2: General Accounts Officer
Job Requirements:
- BA Degree/Diploma in Accounting or a related field.
- 3/5 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent planning, organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Highly organized and able to act professionally and ethically.
- Strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Sun systems, and Excel spreadsheets.
- Reliability and accuracy in work.
- Strong skills in training, facilitating, mentoring, and coaching.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa
Position 3: Financial Archivist Officer
Job Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Management, or related fields.
- 2/4 years of relevant experience.
- Capable of engaging and collaborating successfully with individuals at every level.
- Basic computer skills.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
