SIKET Bank S.C invites interested and qualified candidates to apply for the following positions. Formerly known as Addis Credit and Finance S.C, Siket Bank is transitioning to offer full banking services after obtaining a license from the National Bank of Ethiopia. Until the full launch, the bank will continue to provide microfinance services.

Position 1: Senior Facilities and HR Auditor

  • Educational Requirements: BA degree in Accounting, Auditing, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Location: Addis Ababa (Head Office)

Position 2: Senior IS System Auditor

  • Educational Requirements: BSc degree in Computer Science, IT, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Location: Addis Ababa (Head Office)

Position 3: Senior Audit Follow-Up Officer

  • Educational Requirements: BA degree in Accounting, Auditing, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Location: Addis Ababa (Head Office)

Position 4: Senior CRO

  • Educational Requirements: BA degree in Management, Marketing Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Number of Positions: 4
  • Location: Addis Ababa (Head Office)

Position 5: Senior HR Performance Management Officer

  • Educational Requirements: BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Economics, Project Management, Marketing Management, or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Location: Addis Ababa (Head Office)
