Formerly known as Addis Credit and Finance S.C, Siket Bank is transitioning to offer full banking services after obtaining a license from the National Bank of Ethiopia. Until the full launch, the bank will continue to provide microfinance services.
Position 1: Senior Facilities and HR Auditor
- Educational Requirements: BA degree in Accounting, Auditing, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

Position 2: Senior IS System Auditor
- Educational Requirements: BSc degree in Computer Science, IT, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field from a recognized institution.

Position 3: Senior Audit Follow-Up Officer
- Educational Requirements: BA degree in Accounting, Auditing, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field from a recognized institution.

Position 4: Senior CRO
- Educational Requirements: BA degree in Management, Marketing Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, or a related field from a recognized institution.

Position 5: Senior HR Performance Management Officer
- Educational Requirements: BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Economics, Project Management, Marketing Management, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
