ZISC, registered with the Ministry of Trade and Industry on January 24, 2020, received its license to operate non-life or general insurance business from the National Bank of Ethiopia on January 17, 2020, with initial subscribed and paid-up capital of ETB 112.2 million and ETB 79.89 million, respectively.
Position 1: Underwriting Officer
- Qualifications: MA/BSc in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Management, Economics, Accounting, Banking & Finance, or related fields
- Experience: At least 1 year in the insurance sector
- Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Sales Officer
- Qualifications: BA in Marketing, Sales Management, Accounting, or related fields
- Experience: At least 2 years of relevant work experience, insurance sector experience is a plus

Position 3: Receptionist
- Qualifications: BA in Marketing, Sales Management, Accounting, or related fields
- Experience: At least 2 years of relevant work experience

Position 4: Digital Marketing Officer
- Qualifications: BA in Marketing, Sales Management, or related fields
- Experience: At least 3 years of relevant work experience

Position 5: Senior Claims Officer
- Qualifications: MA/BA/BSc in Management, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering
- Experience: At least 5 years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years as a Claims Officer II
- Location: Addis Ababa
Position 6: Branch Manager
- Qualifications: MA/BA/BSc in Management, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering
- Experience: At least 5-6 years in the insurance sector, with at least 2 years as a Senior Underwriting Officer or equivalent
- Location: Addis Ababa, Wolayita, Bishoftu
Position 7: Claims Division Manager
- Qualifications: MA/BA/BSc in Management, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering
- Experience: At least 6-7 years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years as a Principal Claims Officer
- Location: Addis Ababa
