Position 1: Community Liaison (EORE&NTS) Team Supervisor

Qualifications:

Education: University or college degree in social science or relevant field. Language Skills: Proficiency in spoken English and ability to communicate effectively in Tigrigna (spoken, written, and reading). Essential Requirements:

Certificate/Accreditation in Non-Technical Survey Training from a recognized INGO. Certificate/Accreditation in Explosive Ordnance Risk Education (or similar) Training from a recognized INGO. Preferably EOD level 2 certification. Capability to manage and analyze sensitive information confidentially. Prior experience in conducting interviews and surveys. Minimum 4 years of experience in Explosive Ordnance Risk Education and NTS implementation. Basic knowledge of IM/GIS or experience with Google Earth program. Fluency in English and Amharic. Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively in a team. Location: South-Eastern Tigray, Ethiopia

Position 2: Community Liaison (EORE&NTS) Officer

Qualifications:

Education: University or college degree in social science or relevant field (certificates, licenses, etc. are recommended). Language Skills: Proficiency in spoken English and ability to communicate effectively in Tigrigna (spoken, written, and reading). Experience and Competencies:

Essential Requirements:

Certificate/Accreditation in Non-Technical Survey Training. Certificate/Accreditation in EORE (or similar) Training. Capability to manage sensitive and confidential information. Previous experience in conducting interviews and surveys. Minimum 3 years of experience in NTS and EORE implementation. Fluency in English and Amharic. Strong planning and organizational skills. Responsibilities:

Assist team leader in identifying NTS areas. Support team leader and HMA manager in planning NTS & EORE tasks. Mobilize local communities for NTS tasks based on reported hazardous areas. Implement NTS & EORE processes according to SOPs and guidelines. Provide basic risk education to communities and recommend advanced interventions when necessary. Deliver EORE training to CFPs. Conduct EORE activities as required. Coordinate EORE training with other HI/HMA activities. Follow safety SOPs and report security changes. Maintain relations with local authorities and communities. Perform other responsibilities outlined in NTS and EORE SOPs. Report to TL as agreed.
