Position 1: Office Engineer
Qualifications: BSc in Civil Engineering/Construction Management Experience: Minimum 4 years Location: Head Office
Position 2: Building Administrator
Qualifications: BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant fields Experience: Minimum 3 years in building/apartment administration or similar roles Location: Aware (Jambo Plaza)
Position 3: Mechanical Engineer or Industrial Mechanic
Qualifications: BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields Experience: Minimum 5 years specializing in installations & maintenance of elevators & similar machinery Location: Head Office
Position 4: Head of Finance Division
Qualifications: MA/BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Economics, or related fields Experience: Minimum 8 years with at least 3 years in a supervisory role Location: Head Office
Position 5: Head of Human Resources & General Services
Qualifications: MA/BA Degree in HRM, Management, Business Management, or related fields Experience: Minimum 5 years Location: Head Office
