Position: Environmental Health and Safety Officer
Qualifications:
- Preferably holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science or Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) industry required, preferably in F&B manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in both Amharic and English languages with computer literacy.
Location: Factory Site, Bulga City -Tulofa, Addis Ababa
Responsibilities:
- Assist the EHS Manager in implementing, developing, and monitoring EHS policies and procedures to achieve objectives and maintain compliance.
- Update applicable legal requirements for compliance verification.
- Provide EHS guidance to the plant team and ensure compliance.
- Conduct regular inspections and prepare related reports.
- Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to management.
- Initiate and facilitate regular training based on needs.
- Coordinate with the medical department for injured employees.
- Conduct behavioral safety observations and support site BS program development.
- Monitor compliance on the shop floor and ensure corrective actions are taken.
- Identify preventive actions to prevent recurrence of incidents.
- Build EHS capabilities across the plant.
- Conduct premises walkabouts to ensure compliance with permits.
- Coordinate and assist EHS committee and safety teams.
Position: Director of Dining Services
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Sciences, Nutrition, Hotel/Tourism, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
- Strong communication skills in Amharic and English.
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel).
Location: Debre Berhan, Addis Ababa
Responsibilities:
- Design nutritious menus considering community needs, sustainability goals, and budget.
- Develop standard recipes and techniques for meal preparation.
- Enforce portion control to minimize wastage and lower food costs.
- Supervise meal preparation and service.
- Lead the hiring process of kitchen staff.
- Implement training and evaluation programs for staff.
- Ensure sanitation and cleanliness in kitchen areas.
- Establish procurement and inventory control best practices.
- Conduct regular inventories of food supplies.
Position: Fleet Technician/Auto Mechanic
Qualifications:
- Minimum of Level IV in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering.
- 1-2 years relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in English and MS Office applications.
- Valid driver’s license.
Location: Tulofa, Addis Ababa
Responsibilities:
- Repair and install engines, transmissions, and differentials of company vehicles.
- Inspect and replace component parts of gasoline and diesel engines.
- Repair and adjust electrical and hydraulic systems.
- Repair fuel and hydraulic pump systems.
- Clean and adjust fuel injection systems.
Position: Maintenance Planner
Qualifications:
- BSc and above in mechanical, electrical, industrial, or electro-mechanical engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years in FMCG, with 3 years as maintenance planner or similar role.
- Proficiency in English and MS Office applications.
Location: Tulofa, Addis Ababa
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe environment according to regulations and policies.
- Identify safety risks and implement improvement actions.
- Participate in EHS campaigns to ensure personal safety.
- Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety requirements are followed.
