Position 1: Programme Management Office (PMO) Team Leader
Education:
- A Master’s Degree in Project/Program Management, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field is essential.
- Alternatively, a Bachelor’s Degree in Project/Programme Management, Business Administration, International Relations, or related fields, coupled with an additional two (2) years of relevant work experience, may be considered in lieu of the aforementioned education requirements.
Experience:
- A minimum of seven (7) years of pertinent and progressive professional experience, particularly in Programme/Project Management, with a track record of successful implementation and/or oversight of portfolios, programmes, and projects, is required.
- At least two (2) years of experience leading multidisciplinary, multicultural teams is necessary.
- Proficiency in delivering or facilitating training/capacity-building workshops in project management-related subjects, with a minimum of one (1) year of experience in this capacity, is required.

Position 2: In-Country Coordinator
Education:
- A Master’s degree or its equivalent in migration studies, urban development, urban planning, public policy and administration, or related disciplines is preferred.
- Alternatively, a first-level university degree (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent), supplemented by an additional two (2) years of relevant experience, may be accepted in place of a master’s degree.
Experience:
- A minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated proficiency in migration and urban planning in Ethiopia and Somalia is necessary.
- Previous experience with UNOPS and grant management is advantageous.
