Position 1: ICT Specialist
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Education: MSc/BSc in Computer Science or Information Technology
- Experience: Two to Four years of practical experience in similar roles
Responsibilities:
- Providing initial user support and troubleshooting
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining various hardware and software components such as PCs, servers, printers, and projectors
- Administering LAN/WAN systems and monitoring network performance
- Installing software updates and patches
- Assessing and providing solutions to hardware, software, and communication system issues
Position 2: Business Solution Advisor
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Education: MSc/BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Experience: Four to Six years of relevant experience
