Requirements: Diploma/Level IV in Electrical Field with 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent. Proficiency in local languages and English is mandatory. Grade: X Location: Head Office
Position 2: Security Guard I
Requirements: Completion of 10th grade with a Police or Military certificate, plus three years of work experience. Having a release paper from the previous organization is advantageous. Proficiency in local languages and English is mandatory. Grade: II Location: Head Office
Position 3: Branch Manager I
Requirements: MBA/MA/BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields. 5/6 years of work experience with at least 1 year as Branch Manager or equivalent in the banking industry. Proficiency in Afaan Oromoo, English, and Amharic is mandatory. Grade: XII Location: North Finfinne District, Shire Branch
Position 4: Manager-Banking Operation Management –I
Requirements: MBA/MA/BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields. 3/4 years of work experience with at least 1 year as Senior Internal Controller, SCSO Cash, or equivalent in the banking industry. Grade: X Location: All Finfinne District Areas
Position 5: Manager-Credit Appraisal & Loan Recovery
Requirements: MBA/MA/BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields. 8/9 years of experience with at least 2 years as Team Leader, BM-II, or equivalent in the banking industry. Grade: XIV Location: Dire Dawa District
Position 6: Manager, Digital Payment System Administration
Requirements: MSc/BSc degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related fields. 8/9 years of experience with at least 2 years as Team Leader/Senior IT Officer-II in Digital Payment System or equivalent in the banking industry. Grade: XIV Location: Head Office
Position 7: Manager, Issue Account
Requirements: MBA/MA/BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields. 8/9 years of experience with at least 2 years as Team Leader on Issue Account, Senior Issue Accountant II, General Issue Accountant, or relevant experience in the banking industry. Grade: XIV Location: Head Office
