Position 1: Technical Coordinator

Requirements:

Education:

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Business Management, Economics, Development Studies, or related fields.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant field experience managing projects, Market Systems (M4P), labor markets, with a preference for familiarity with Industrial Parks and partnership contexts.

Experience in people management, as this role primarily involves managerial responsibilities.

Experience working on USAID-funded projects.

Position 2: MERL Coordinator – SUN WASH

Qualifications/ Experience Essential:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, Project Management, Development Studies, Management, MPH, Economics, or other social sciences.

At least five years of experience overseeing corporate systems dedicated to planning, monitoring, evaluating, researching, and facilitating learning initiatives.Training in MERL, Data Quality, and Database Management systems.

Proficiency in advanced use of Kobo tools, including survey development.

Understanding of integrated WASH, Food, and Nutrition intervention approaches, with a focus on women and children’s needs.

Experience leading MERL for integrated WASH, Food & Nutrition projects and collaborating with partners.

Knowledge of Safeguarding Children and Young People (Safeguarding) and Gender Equality and Inclusion (GEI).

Responsibilities:

Enact Plan International’s worldwide guidelines for Protecting Children and Youth as well as Promoting Gender Equality and Inclusivity.

Ensure all staff adhere to safeguarding policies.

Embed Safeguarding Children and Young People and Gender Equality and Inclusion in day-to-day work.
