Bilal Microfinance Institution S.C. is a fully-fledged interest-free microfinance institution established in accordance with NBE Directive No. MFI/32/2021. Our mission is to provide Sharia-compliant and inclusive microfinance services, ensuring access to financial services for communities marginalized by interest-based systems.

Position 1: Facility Officer

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee general service activities.

Ensure the provision of facility and support services to various departments within the institution.

Skills:

Proficient in support services concepts, practices, and procedures.

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and decision-making abilities.

Basic computer proficiency.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Position 2: Accountant

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Skills:

Organized and ethical approach to work.

Proficient in computer applications.

Effective communication and presentation abilities.

Position 3: Executive Secretary

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Science and Office Management or an equivalent qualification.

Experience:

Minimum of 4 years of secretarial experience.

Skills:

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet browsing.

Strong English language proficiency.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Accuracy in conveying information.

Position 4: Senior Risk Management Officer

Qualifications:

Obtain a Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, or a similar field.

Experience:

Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

Leadership and effective communication skills.

Knowledge of interest-free banking and Shariah principles.

Technical and managerial proficiency.

Understanding of participatory and sustainable development approaches.

Position 5: Senior Savings and Financing Officer

Qualifications:

Position 7: General Accounts Senior Officer

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent.

Position 8: Internal Audit Service Head

Qualifications:

MA/B.A. Degree in Accounting.

Experience:

6/7 years of internal auditing experience, including 4 years in a supervisory role.

Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

Technical and managerial proficiency.

Position 9: Manager, IT and Marketing Department

Qualifications:

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or a comparable field.

Minimum of 7/8 years of relevant experience.

LAN administration experience.

Position 10: Director, Microfinance Operation
