Position 1: Customer Service Executive – II

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year in banking operations as CSO, CSR, CSE, or similar roles.

Job Purpose: Enhance customer satisfaction by efficiently managing front-line customer service activities and contribute to the branch’s resource mobilization by promoting the bank’s products and services.

Location: Aderkay

Position 2: Branch Manager Grade – I

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields.

Experience: At least 7 years of relevant experience in the banking industry, including 1 year as Assistant Branch Manager/CSM or Relationship Manager, or a minimum of 7 years of banking experience with at least 2 years as Senior Officer in banking operations.

Job Purpose: Drive sustainable growth and profitability by promoting bank products/services, acquiring and retaining customers, enhancing customer service, and fostering strong customer relationships to maximize asset mobilization efforts, while overseeing overall retail banking operations.

Location: Aderkay

Position 3: Senior Customer Service Officer- Cash

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields.

Experience: 1 year of experience in banking operations as CSO, CSR, CSE, or similar role.

Job Purpose: Improve customer satisfaction through efficient front-line customer service activities and contribute to the branch’s resource mobilization by cross-selling the bank’s services.

Location: Aderkay
