Position 1: Maintenance Planner
Skills, Experience & Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or a related field with at least two years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment. • Reporting to the Unit Manager – Utilities and Process, this role involves managing maintenance systems, creating routine and planned maintenance schedules, supporting the maintenance team in execution, and facilitating problem-solving to maximize line availability, minimize breakdowns, and reduce production costs.
Key Duties & Responsibilities: • Provide technical leadership and support for asset management to implement strategies for equipment leverage, productivity, reliability, and maintainability. • Deploy asset management strategy and provide specialized support. • Ensure appropriate implementation of predictive maintenance methods. • Conduct audits of asset management systems to assess data integrity. • Support and train staff in asset management concepts and application. • Maintain a safe, healthy, and risk-free work environment.

Position 2: Electrical Specialist
Skills, Experience & Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with at least two years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment. • Reporting to the Production Team Leader, this role involves performing planned equipment maintenance, preventative maintenance, and providing second-level breakdown support.
Key Duties & Responsibilities: • Receive work orders for planned activities and ensure all necessary information and resources are available. • Prioritize jobs to maximize product quality and plant availability. • Coordinate plant/process stops and start-up procedures. • Conduct maintenance and repairs according to work orders and quality standards. • Document information and provide feedback to relevant stakeholders.
