Hijra Bank, a newly established full-service bank in Ethiopia committed to ethical banking practices, is seeking dedicated individuals to join its team. With a network of 70 branches across the country, we aim to provide exceptional service to our valued customers. We are currently looking for dynamic, service-oriented individuals who embody our core values to fill the following positions:
Position 1: Customer Service Officer
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields. Experience: Two (2) years of banking operations experience. Knowledge of Islamic Finance (IFB) is advantageous. Duty Stations: Various locations including Kofele, Agarfa, Ali, Harena Buluk, Nekemte, Gera, Limu, Sigmo, Meti, Gode, Addis Ababa, Chagni, Metu, and Shashemene.
Position 2: Senior Customer Service Officer
Qualifications: BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience: Three (3) years of banking operations experience. Knowledge of IFB is advantageous. Duty Stations: Various locations including Kofele, Agarfa, Ali, Harena Buluk, Nekemte, Gera, Limu, Sigmo, Meti, Gode, and Addis Ababa.
Position 3: Branch Operation Supervisor
Qualifications: BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience: Four (4) years of banking operations experience. Knowledge of IFB is advantageous. Duty Stations: Various locations including Kofele, Agarfa, Ali, Harena Buluk, Nekemte, Gera, Limu, Sigmo, Meti, Gode, Addis Ababa, and Harar.
Position 4: Branch Manager
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields. Experience: Six (6) years of banking operations experience, including two years in supervisory positions. Knowledge of IFB is advantageous. Duty Stations: Various locations including Kofele, Agarfa, Ali, Harena Buluk, Nekemte, Gera, Limu, Sigmo, Meti, Gode, Addis Ababa, and Bedessa.
Note: Training in IFB is advantageous. Deadline: April 15, 2024.
