Habesha Breweries S.C. is currently seeking dynamic individuals for its Management Trainee Program in Marketing, Sales, Finance, Human Resources, and Supply Chain departments.
Habesha Breweries Share Company (“Habesha”) stands as a prominent Ethiopian brewing entity, established in 2009 by local Ethiopian investors. Presently, it is co-owned by Swinkels Family Brewers Holding N.V. (60%), 8,000 local shareholders (30%), and Linssen Participations B.V. (10%).

Position: Management Trainee
Job Requirements: This role is ideal for ambitious individuals keen on accelerated career growth within a dynamic learning environment. • University degree in any discipline. • Age below 26 • Up to 3 years of experience • Strong communication skills • Team player mindset, passionate about continuous improvement • Enthusiastic and inquisitive about our industry and operations. • Open to challenging assumptions and bringing fresh perspectives.
The Habesha Management Trainee Program spans 3 years, offering immersive learning experiences that provide a comprehensive understanding of our business. Participants are fast-tracked into potential future leadership roles.
