Position 1: Customer Service Officer-I
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking and Finance/Management/Economics or related fields.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in banking.
Responsibilities:
Manage and review account maintenance, payment, and collection transactions while addressing customer inquiries.
Conduct cash and non-cash transactions and fulfill all customer requests at the branch.
Maintain accurate records and files.
Execute timely periodical payments and issue reminders for unpaid documents.
Location: Sofumer Branch under Hawassa Area Office.

Position 2: Senior Attorney
Requirements: LLB Degree
Experience: 5 years of relevant experience
Responsibilities:
Draft and issue legal notices to defaulters.
Prepare statements of claim and defense.
Represent the bank in loan litigation proceedings and hearings before courts of law.
Initiate actions for bills of costs and execution.
Oversee the evaluation and auction of foreclosed properties.
Assist the Directorate in compiling periodic reports.
Location: Addis Ababa.
