Ethio Impact Consulting plc is currently seeking Fresh Graduates for an Outdoor Sales position on behalf of our esteemed client. We are on the lookout for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team in the capacity of an Outdoor Sales representative. In this role, you will be tasked with the promotion and direct sales of our products or services in outdoor environments. As an integral part of our sales force, you will be instrumental in fostering revenue growth and broadening our client base.
Position: Outdoor Sales
Requirements:
- Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
- Ideally, 0-1 years of experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrable proficiency in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Competency in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to function autonomously as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute outdoor sales initiatives to effectively promote and vend our products/services to potential clientele.
- Generate leads via various channels including cold calling, door-to-door canvassing, networking, and event participation.
- Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with both existing and prospective customers, thereby ensuring their satisfaction and fostering loyalty.
- Consistently meet or surpass predefined sales targets and quotas.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements with proficiency to secure deals efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to devise strategies aimed at achieving sales objectives and expanding market presence.
- Remain abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Uphold the company’s values and reputation by consistently representing it in a professional manner.
