Position 1: Principal – Officer for Public Relations and CSR
Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Business Management, Journalism & Communication, Language and Literature, or Economics, with a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience. A Master’s degree in a Business-related field is an added advantage.
Responsibilities include managing the public relations and corporate social responsibility activities of the Bank. This entails conducting PR tasks to enhance public awareness and understanding of the Bank, and preparing and disseminating newsworthy information upon supervisor approval.

Position 2: Senior – Risk Management Officer
Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Economics, Risk Management, Economics, or Statistics, with at least five (5) years of relevant experience in financial risk modeling and management.

Position 6: Director – Planning & Business Intelligence Directorate
Qualification & Experience: Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or Economics, with at least twelve (12) years of experience, including a minimum of three (3) years in a managerial role focusing on planning, monitoring, and business intelligence in a financial institution.
Responsibilities include overseeing the Bank’s planning, monitoring, and business intelligence activities, ensuring timely completion of the planning process, monitoring plan implementation, and directing business intelligence and analytics activities.
