The Golden Tulip Addis Ababa Hotel, a distinguished Five Star establishment and part of a global hotel chain, is located conveniently close to the International Airport. We are currently seeking qualified candidates for various positions:

Position 1: Assistant Human Resource Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage essential HR functions including recruitment, induction, and training facilitation.
  • Handle documentation such as employment contracts, personnel actions, and leave requests.
  • Maintain HR databases and ensure timely updates.
  • Liaise with insurance companies and relevant agencies.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene policies. Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hotel operations.

Position 2: Training Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor training programs.
  • Conduct orientation sessions and create training materials.
  • Manage training budgets and conduct performance reviews.
  • Provide leadership development and logistical support. Requirements:
  • Proven experience in designing and executing training programs.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in education, human resources, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ hotel experience.

Position 3: Receptionist / Guest Service Agent

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests and facilitate check-ins.
  • Handle bookings and provide local information.
  • Assist with guest requests and resolve issues professionally. Requirements:
  • BA/Diploma in front office operations or relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ hotel experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills and proficiency in hotel booking systems.

Position 4: Revenue and Reservation Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends and develop pricing strategies.
  • Oversee reservations operations and ensure system functionality.
  • Evaluate distribution partners and reduce distribution costs. Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in revenue management.
  • Proficiency in hotel technology such as Opera.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is advantageous.
