Position 1: Deputy Chief of Party, USAID New Primary Education Activity Project
Qualifications:
Master’s or advanced degree in a relevant field such as education or related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years of senior-level management experience in implementing donor-funded education programs, particularly in crisis-affected areas.
Previous experience as Deputy Chief of Party or in senior management roles in education or related fields in Ethiopia.
Proficiency in USAID’s emergency response approaches and education programming.
Strong understanding of administrative and financial management for large projects, including USAID compliance.
Ability to serve as Acting Chief of Party when required.
Demonstrated skills in team management, mentoring, and capacity building.
Proven track record in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including host governments and donors.
Experience in partnership management and subgrantee oversight.
Superb abilities in verbal and written communication, interpersonal interactions, and negotiation.
Experience in recruitment, development, and management of staff.
Fluency in English required.
Willingness to travel frequently within Ethiopia.

Position 2: MEAL Officer
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Development Studies, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant fields, preferably in NGO or development settings.
Proficiency in data collection and analysis using software like Epi-info, SPSS, MSWord, MS-Access, MS-Excel.
Experience in program design, monitoring, and evaluation.
Strong organizational change, innovation, and team-building skills.
Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and be on call 20% of the time.

Understanding of Government of Ethiopia policies and ability to engage effectively with different stakeholders.
Experience with Foreign Affairs Government funded projects.
Technical and managerial skills in consortium management and development training.
Experience in data management and documentation.

Position 5: Logistics Officer
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, preferably with an MSc or higher.
A minimum of three years of experience in procurement and supply management, logistics and supply chain management, or business management is required.
Knowledge of fleet and property management.
