Premier Switch Solutions S.C. (PSS) is a prominent Electronic Payment Processing Company, founded by major private banks in Ethiopia. The organization has introduced a pioneering multi-institution shared-switch infrastructure, offering cutting-edge payment technology to member banks for various channels such as ATM, POS, e-commerce, Mobile Banking, and facilitating clearing of Debit/Credit card transactions.

Position 1: Director, Corporate Strategy and Innovation

Responsibilities:

Lead the formulation and execution of corporate strategy. Develop and execute Innovation, Business, Marketing & Branding strategies. Establish policies and procedures for Innovation, Business, Marketing & Branding functions. Drive company growth by coordinating strategic plans and monitoring performance against key metrics. Oversee marketing, advertising, PR, and promotional activities. Develop marketing strategies for new and existing products/services. Review transformation plan deliverables with a customer-centric approach. Lead the development of tools for research and proofs of concepts. Conduct feasibility studies, benchmark surveys, and research activities. Present research proposals to management. Provide training and coaching on strategy development and implementation. Prepare periodic strategy implementation and performance reports. Participate in business continuity development and change management planning.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. Minimum 8 years of experience, including 3 years in a managerial role. Preferably experienced in business/product development, marketing, and public relations. Relevant professional certification is advantageous.

Position 2: Senior Internal Auditor

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance, MIS, or relevant field. At least 5 years of relevant experience in an audit office. Training in financial audit and information system audit is preferred. Professional certification in ACCA/CISA/CIA is advantageous.

Position 3: Senior Project Management Officer

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Management, Business Administration, Project Management, Management Information Systems, or related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Training in Prince2 or PMI is preferred. Experience with Project Management methodologies such as Prince2 or PMBOK is advantageous. Relevant certifications are advantageous.
