Job Opportunity 1: Administrative Assistant

Academic & Professional Qualifications:

Candidates should hold a diploma in Secretarial Science & Office Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting and Finance, Information Technology, Database Administration, Hardware and Networking, or related fields.
Experience:

A minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience is required.
Responsibilities:

The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative and secretarial support to the CEO, Executive Secretary to CEO, D/Chief, District Manager/Director, coordinate staff meetings and special events, manage office supplies, greet visitors, handle telephone inquiries, manage mail, compile reports, maintain files, issue correspondence, and foster good customer relations to promote business for the Bank. Additionally, facilitating flight bookings and air ticket purchases for business-related travel is part of the role.
