Position 2: Senior IT Auditor II
Qualification: MSC/BSC in Computer Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Science, or related fields, plus 5-6 years of general work experience, including 2 years as a Senior System Auditor I or equivalent in the banking industry.
Fluency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in Afaan Oromoo, English, and Amharic is required.
Location: Head Office
Position 3: Branch Manager I
Qualification: MBA/MA/BA in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields.
Experience: 5-6 years of general work experience, including 1 year as a Branch Manager, CSM II, Manager of Banking Operations Management II, Senior Banking Operation Officer I, or equivalent in the banking industry.
Job Grade: XII
Fluency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in Afaan Oromoo, English, and Amharic is required.
Location: Branches below Hawassa District (Elelle, Elwaye Branches) and Branches below Nekemte District (Wayu & Baro Tumsa Branches)
Position 4: Manager, Banking Operation Management – I
Qualification: MBA/MA/BA in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or closely related disciplines.
Experience: 3-4 years of general work experience, including 1 year as a Senior Customer Service Officer – Cash I, Senior Internal Controller I, or equivalent in the banking industry.
Job Grade: X
Fluency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in Afaan Oromoo, English, and Amharic is required.
Location: Branches below Hawassa District (Abaya, Bule Hora, Dugda Dawa, Arero, Teltele, and Dila Branches) and Branches below Nekemte District (Gute Branch)
Position 5: Branch Manager
Qualification: MBA/MA/BA in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields.
Work Experience: A minimum of 4-5 years of broad professional experience, with at least 1 year specifically focused on Internal Control, SCSO-Cash I, or similar roles within the banking sector.
Position Level: Grade XI
Language Requirement: Proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in Afaan Oromoo, English, and Amharic is essential.
Location: Assigned to branches within the Hawassa District (Haro Walabu, Liben, Garba, and Dillo Branches) and Nekemte District (Genji, Haroji, J/Horo, G/Kebe, and Belam Branches) areas.
