Position 1: Sales Officer

Requirements:

  • Preference for a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated sales experience.
  • Profound understanding of sales strategies and industry regulations.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing contracts with existing clients.
  • Cultivating enduring relationships with customers.
  • Contacting potential customers to present company products and promote purchases.
  • Addressing customer inquiries and escalating complex issues to relevant departments.
  • Developing comprehensive knowledge of company products.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales, customer appointments, and complaints.
  • Meeting sales objectives.
  • Communicating potential product improvements to product developers or crafting strategic sales plans and pitches.
  • Conducting cost-benefit analyses for prospective and existing customers.
  • Analyzing competitors’ products to assess features, benefits, deficiencies, and market performance.
  • Promoting new products and special offers.

Position 2: Junior Software Support Executive

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology & Computer Science.
  • Minimum of one year of relevant work experience.
  • Familiarity with MS SQL Server.
  • Knowledge of IDS PMS and hotel operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting implementation and management of the existing ERP/PMS (Hotel Software) Solution.
  • Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, holidays, or field visits as required.
