Yemisrach Micro Finance S.C (YMF S.C) is a microfinance institution established in accordance with proclamation No. 626/2009 and granted a license from NBE in July 2018. Presently, it boasts 2542 shareholders and operates across Addis Ababa, Oromia, Sidama, and SNNP regions. With 3700 loan clients and 8000 depositors, it manages a loan portfolio exceeding 100 million birr and seeks to extend its services to specific regions within the country.
Yemisrach Microfinance caters to low-income individuals and families by providing loans, savings, and micro-insurance services, with a particular emphasis on empowering women economically and facilitating youth employment.
Position 1: KYC and Operations Officer
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related field, with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in microfinance institutions as an Operations Officer or Branch Manager.
Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa
Position 2: Shareholders Accounts Administration Officer
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, or a related field, with at least 4 years’ experience in management, accounting, or any relevant social field.
Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa
Position 3: Financial Accountant
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance, along with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in accounting positions, with advantageous experience in microfinance or related companies.
Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa
Position 4: CSO-II
Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, or any related social field, with four years of experience for diploma holders and two years for bachelor’s degree holders in microfinance or related companies.
Location: West Shewa Zone, Ilu Gelan Woreda Ejaji Town
Position 5: Accountant II
Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance, with four years of experience for diploma holders and two years for bachelor’s degree holders in microfinance or related companies.
