Position 1: Customer Service Supervisor Grade – I
Educational Qualification and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, or related fields, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in banking operations.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing ticket/voucher countersigning and transaction authorization.
- Supervising cheque clearance activities and accounts reconciliation.
- Other related tasks.

Position 2: Branch Manager – Grade -I
Educational Qualification and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or related fields, with at least 3 years’ experience in banking operations, including 1 year in a supervisory role.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and coordinating overall branch activities.
- Monitoring and evaluating branch operations/targets.
- Motivating and coaching customer service officers.
- Identifying and recruiting potential customers while providing professional advice.

- Kebri Dahar/Somali Region
- Deder Branch/ East Hararghe
- Fugan Bira Branch/ East Hararghe
Note: Proficiency in Af-Soomaali language is preferable for applicants to Daruselam Branch/Jigjiga City.
