Position 1: Auditor I
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Auditing or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in relevant roles.
- Skills and Attributes:
- Demonstrated proficiency in interpersonal communication.
- Fluency in spoken and written Afan Oromo, Amharic, and English.
- Self-motivated individuals capable of executing tasks with minimal supervision.

Position 2: Manager, Marketing and Communications
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Master’s/MBA degree in Marketing, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: A total of 10 years of professional experience with at least 3 years in managerial roles.
- Skills and Attributes:
- Possess an executive demeanor and uphold high levels of integrity.
- Proficiency in developing long-term integrated operational plans across functions.
- Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.
- Strong advocacy skills to promote the company’s vision, with keen business acumen and innovative thinking.
