Position: Expert in Enterprise Systems and Applications
Job Purpose:
The role involves analyzing and interpreting data from ERP systems to facilitate informed decision-making within businesses. Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collect, document, and analyze business requirements from key stakeholders, assisting in the development of project plans and timelines for successful implementation.
- Provide guidance throughout ERP implementation phases, including analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization, for both internal and external resources.
- Act as a liaison with ERP vendors to ensure the quality (performance, cost, timeliness) of services delivered.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing business operation workflows and ensure their proper implementation in ERP and other enterprise applications.
- Conduct training and coaching sessions for end-users.
- Uphold the organization’s data security policies by granting access only to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.
- Offer support for day-to-day operations by troubleshooting issues with existing systems and developing new systems as required to meet new business demands.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Applications, Database Administration, Information Systems, Information Science, Information Data Science and Analytics, ICT Service Management, Cloud Computing, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 years for Bachelor’s degree, 0 years for Master’s degree.
- Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa.
