Position 1: Junior Site Sales Engineer
Job Summary: Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Sales Division, the Junior Site Sales Engineer is responsible for providing technical and engineering information about the company’s products and services. This includes identifying potential customers, organizing sales schedules, and ensuring that products meet customer requirements through close collaboration with customers and engineers. Additionally, the role involves preparing technical presentations, researching and developing products to meet customer needs, and providing post-sales support.
Position 2: Export Sales Officer
Job Summary: Under the guidance of the Marketing and Sales Division Head, the Export Sales Officer is tasked with selling the company’s products to international clients. This involves presenting products to potential buyers through various communication channels, analyzing market dynamics, and coordinating order deliveries. Responsibilities also include developing market expansion plans, communicating with external clients, negotiating export terms, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Position 3: Showroom Sales Officer
Job Summary: Working under the direction of the Marketing and Sales Division Head, the Showroom Sales Officer interacts closely with customers, contractors, and engineers to showcase the company’s products. Responsibilities include providing expert product knowledge, assisting customers in product selection, preparing quotations, processing orders, and maintaining the showroom’s professional appearance. The role also involves adhering to sales terms and conditions and utilizing appropriate technology for order processing.
Position 4: Marketing and Sales Division Head
Job Summary: Reporting to the Marketing and Sales Department Manager, the Marketing and Sales Division Head leads, organizes, and evaluates the marketing and sales activities of the company. This includes developing marketing plans, implementing sales strategies, promoting existing brands, and introducing new products to the market. Additionally, the role involves conducting market research, overseeing sales campaigns, maintaining customer relationships, and optimizing team productivity.
Requirements for each position:
- Education: Relevant degrees in Marketing, Business Management, Water Supply, Sanitary Engineering, or similar fields.
- Experience: Varied levels of experience ranging from 2 to 6 years, depending on the position, with backgrounds in sales, marketing, or related fields.
- Skills: Proficiency in computer applications, strong technical and operational abilities, excellent communication skills, teamwork, and public relations skills, among others.
