Position: Application Support Engineer
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Candidates should possess a minimum of two years of relevant experience, with proficiency in Flexcube core banking systems such as IBD (OBPM, LC BC, etc.), Financing, PDM, Retail Teller, and Flexcube Origination. Additionally, experience in parameterization, customization, BI report development, database management, SQL queries, Linux operating systems, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of banking and finance fundamentals, retail/business/Islamic banking product lifecycle, accounting, and back-office operations are required. Location: Head Office Salary: Competitive, in accordance with the Bank’s scale, with an attractive benefits package.
