Position 1: GRADE 4 BRANCH MANAGER
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: Six years of demonstrated and relevant post-qualification insurance experience, including two years in supervisory roles or three years as a senior officer. Skills and Knowledge:
- Thorough understanding of insurance products and services.
- Adequate marketing and advertising skills.
- Proficiency in team-building.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical abilities.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Possession of a CII Diploma is advantageous. Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: GRADE 4 BRANCH MANAGER
