We’re seeking a talented Product Sourcing and Market Research Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role. The chosen individual will be instrumental in sourcing high-quality products from various suppliers, conducting comprehensive market research to guide our product strategies, and keeping our company ahead of market trends.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business management, or a relevant field.

Previous experience in product sourcing or procurement roles within the ecommerce or retail sector is advantageous.

Proficient in supply chain management principles, including vendor evaluation methods.

Ability to conduct comprehensive market research utilizing various tools (e.g., surveys, focus groups) to gather customer insights.

Exceptional negotiation skills and adept at fostering strong supplier relationships.

Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to effectively communicate complex data.

Familiarity with ethical sourcing practices is preferred.

Self-motivated individual with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.

Minimum of 4 years of experience, with a preference for those with experience in ecommerce companies.

Position 2: Commercial Manager, Marketplace

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

Demonstrated experience in commercial management, ideally within a marketplace or ecommerce environment.

Thorough understanding of online marketplaces and ecommerce trends.

Excellent problem-solving abilities with strong analytical skills.

Proficient negotiation skills and adept at building and maintaining relationships.

Effective communication and presentation skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Familiarity with ecommerce operational technology platforms and tools is advantageous.

Position 3: Merchant Onboarding Representatives

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and convey information effectively to potential merchants.

Possession of a smartphone with an Android version of 8.0 or higher and a quality camera to facilitate the onboarding process.

Willingness to adapt to tight schedules and changing priorities.

Proven track record of meeting targets and achieving goals.

Previous experience with registering merchants or sales is preferred.

Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential for precise documentation.
