Nib Insurance Company (NIC) was founded by 658 shareholders, boasting a certified capital of Birr 50.0 million and a Paid-Up Capital of Birr 14.0 million on May 2, 2002. Initially, it operated with four branches in Addis Ababa and a workforce of no more than 50 employees. Presently, the paid-up capital has surged to Birr 250 million, with the shareholder count rising to 1,014. NIC extends General (Non-Life) Insurance and Life Assurance Services to its clientele.
Position 1: Underwriting Officer I or Claims Officer I
Qualifications: Candidates should hold a BA/BSc Degree in Banking and Insurance, Management, Accounting and Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline. Graduates from the 2022/23 G.C or 2015 E.C cohorts with a passing grade or above in exit exams are eligible.

Position 2: Senior Ethics, Risk, and Compliance Officer
Qualifications: Applicants should possess a BA Degree in Banking & Insurance, Business Management, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Proficiency in risk management & compliance within the financial sector is essential.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
Grade: VII
Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa
Position 3: Senior Claims Officer
Qualifications: Candidates must hold a BA/BSc Degree in Banking & Insurance, Management, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Experience: At least four years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a role such as Claims Officer II or Underwriting Officer II.
