Position 1: Branch Manager I

Requirements and Background: Candidates should hold a Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, coupled with six (6)/eight (8) years of relevant professional experience, including at least two years in a Branch Manager II role.

Responsibilities include contributing to the sustainable growth and profitability of the bank by promoting its products, introducing new offerings, attracting and retaining customers, and implementing continuous improvement measures to enhance customer service and operational efficiency within the branch.

Location: Jijiga Branch

Position 2: Branch Manager III

Requirements and Background: Applicants should possess a Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, along with four (4)/six (6) years of relevant work experience, including at least one year as an Assistant Branch Manager or Customer Service Supervisor.

Responsibilities mirror those of Position 1, focusing on fostering the sustainable growth and profitability of the bank through product promotion, marketing initiatives, customer acquisition and retention, and ongoing enhancements to customer service and operational efficiency within the branch.

Number of Positions Available: Two

Locations: Kebridehar Branch (Under Dire Dawa District) and Awetu & Newland Branches (Under Jimma District)
