Position 1: Senior Safety And Security Officer
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Relations, Peacebuilding and Conflict Resolution, Law, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Extensive knowledge of safety conditions in Ethiopia, particularly in the Gambella Region.
- Minimum of five years of practical experience in safety risk management in challenging environments.
- Strong influencing, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, particularly in complex and stressful situations.
- Proven experience in conducting field-based training.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining focus on strategic objectives.
- Availability to be on standby 24/7 and willingness to travel on short notice.
- Proficiency in English and Amharic languages.

Position 2: WASH Coordinator
Requirements:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Water Supply Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, Civil Engineering, Water Resource Engineering, Sanitation/Environmental Engineering, Public Health, or a related field.
- Minimum of seven years of experience as a WASH specialist, with at least 3-5 years at a senior level and managerial experience in field settings within developing countries.
- Strong technical knowledge of WASH standards and principles, with the ability to develop effective responses to identified WASH needs.
- Proficiency in preparing technical drawings, designs, bills of quantities, and estimates for water and sanitation infrastructure, preferably in displacement settings.
- Experience in designing water supply systems and sanitation facilities, as well as water treatment and quality monitoring.
- Proven track record in effectively coordinating and overseeing WASH programs with significant budgets and teams spread across diverse locations.
- Familiarity with integrated PHE (Public Health Engineering) and PHP (Public Health Promotion) strategies and interventions.

Position 3: IT Assistant
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of practical experience in a networked environment, preferably in an NGO setting.
- Professional training in computers, with knowledge of Local Area Networks and basic server hardware and software.
- Technical competence in IT workflows, including development and implementation of computerized systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and adherence to Oxfam policies and procedures.
- Willingness to suggest improvements to work processes and contribute to team building.
