Position: Barista
Job Responsibilities:
- Taking customer orders, informing them of specials, and addressing inquiries
- Grinding and preparing coffee, crafting various hot and cold beverages, and delivering exceptional customer service
- Packaging food and beverages for sale and promoting coffee, tea, and related products
- Educating customers on product variations and coffee brewing techniques
- Maintaining cleanliness in equipment and dining areas, managing waste disposal
- Learning fermentation techniques to enhance food quality, mastering drink combinations and presentation methods
- Enhancing presentation to attract customers, collaborating within a dynamic team environment

Qualifications:
- Diploma in food preparation, hospitality, or equivalent
- No prior barista experience required
- Strong interest in learning about the coffee industry

- Polite, friendly demeanor and adaptability to a dynamic work setting
