Position 1: Junior Customer Service Specialist
JOB SUMMARY
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and delivering physical currency to and from the Cash Administrator.
- Validating original Payment Instruments against the System.
- Issuing and endorsing Payment Instruments.
- Verifying and validating DRS incoming transfers.
- Initiating DRS outgoing transfers.
- Handling currency exchanges and recording transactions.
- Performing additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Graduates of 2022 & 2023 with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Economics, or related fields, with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.
- No prior experience required.
- Age ≤ 25.
- Exit Exam required for 2023 graduates.

Position 2: Branch Auditor
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting audit examinations.
- Reviewing transactions and internal control procedures at the Branch.
- Performing special investigations as needed.
- Undertaking other duties assigned by the supervisor.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Management, or related fields with 3.5 years of experience in internal/external auditing, preferably in the banking sector.

Position 3: Customer Service Specialist
JOB SUMMARY
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting and assuming duties of Cash Administrator and Branch Account Administrator when necessary.
- Supporting Customer Service Specialists in handling bulk money deposits/withdrawals.
- Initiating money transfers.
- Handling physical currency transactions.
- Balancing cash with the Cash Administrator.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, or related fields with 2.5 years of experience, or Diploma(Level IV) in the same fields with 4 years of banking operation experience, including at least 1 year in a CSS position.

Position 4: Branch Accounts Administrator – Grade B
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring daily transaction tickets align with System output.
- Authorizing transactions and signing documents.
- Validating and authorizing deposits/payments.
- Managing daily transaction and account opening documents.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, or related fields with 3.5 years of experience in banking operations, including at least 1 year in a Senior Customer Service Officer or equivalent position.

Position 5: Branch Manager – Grade C
JOB SUMMARY
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing overall Branch performance.
- Engaging in operational activities as required.
- Ensuring excellence in customer services.
- Developing and managing the Branch’s annual action plan.
- Implementing policies and procedures throughout the branch.
- Preparing and submitting periodic performance reports.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- MA/MBA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields with 6.5 years of experience, or BA in the same fields with 8.5 years of experience in the banking industry, including 2 years in a customer services manager role B grade or 3 years as a Branch accounts administrator grade A.
