Position 1: Revenue Analyst

Requirements:

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hotel Management, Hospitality, Management, Human Resources Management, Customer and Client Relations, Revenue Management, Financial Management, Public Administration, or related business fields.

Two years of experience in large-scale catering institutes or hotel services.

Age limit: 18 – 35 years old.

Position 2: Public Area Supervisor

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Food and Beverage Service, Restaurant Management, Hotels and Tourism Management, Cooperative Business Management, Property Management, Marketing Management, or related fields.

Minimum of 6 years’ work experience in similar areas, or a College Diploma/10+3/Level III Certificate with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Management, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.

Nine years of relevant experience, including three years in a supervisor or equivalent capacity for Bachelor’s holders, or seven years of relevant experience for Master’s holders.

Essential competencies include proficiency in PMS/Opera, STR, Syinx/Hotel Rez Portal, Review-Pro, OTA-Insight, Expedia, Booking.com, and C.Trip Systems, excellent English communication skills, strong leadership abilities, commitment to customer service, organizational skills, and teamwork.
