Job Responsibilities:
Exercise caution in disclosing balances or issuing paperwork.
Verify and authorize tickets and negotiable instruments.
Manage international cash transfers such as Western Union transactions.
Ensure accurate opening of accounts and proper input of details into the system.
Qualifications:
Obtain a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Management, Economics, or a relevant discipline.
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Officer in banking operations.
