Position 1: Child Protection Assistant
Requirements:
Demonstrate basic to intermediate proficiency in procedural and systems knowledge necessary to fulfill job responsibilities, typically attained through a combination of job-related training, some practical experience, and formal education.
Possess a University Degree in Social Science, Social Work, Psychology, or Sociology, with either 2 years of relevant work experience for diploma holders or no prior experience required for first-degree holders.
Prior NGO experience is advantageous.
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Amharic.
Experience in capacity building and mentorship.
Competent in digital literacy, particularly in MS Word and Excel.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with adaptability.
Familiarity with child protection program methodologies and practices.

Requirements:
Educational Qualifications: Either two years of advancing, applicable work experience alongside a bachelor’s degree or diploma, or five years of experience combined with a master’s degree in fields such as Monitoring and Evaluation, Statistics, Computer Science, Social Sciences, or related disciplines from an accredited institution.
