Position: Manager, CORE Banking & Auxiliary System Division

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate the activities of the division effectively.

Ensure the Bank’s core and auxiliary systems are operational from the IT perspective.

Oversee the daily operations of the systems, ensuring smooth functionality through diligent monitoring and follow-up.

Customize and parameterize the systems to meet the Bank’s operational requirements.

Provide timely and high-quality second-level support to various departments of the Bank.

Properly handle incidents, events, and issues.

Maintain communication with the Bank’s technology suppliers to safeguard the Bank’s interests.

Escalate application-related issues to vendors when support falls short of SLA.

Coordinate the technological implementation of the Bank, including configuration, customization, patch or release updates, migration (if necessary), and new product development.

Conduct functional and regression testing across the Bank’s auxiliary system applications.

Plan, oversee, and manage all aspects of application administration and development activities within the division, in collaboration with vendors.

Monitor and resolve core and auxiliary system performance issues in a timely manner across production, UAT, and other environments.

Ensure that the Bank’s solutions/applications are designed to accommodate future growth needs in terms of scalability.

Qualifications:

MSC, MA, BSC, BA in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field of study.

Experience:

9 years of relevant experience in the banking industry, including a minimum of 2 years in a role comparable to that of Core Banking and Auxiliary System Principal Office.
