Experience: 2 years of relevant banking experience

Position 4: Manager, SME Credit Management Division
Education (Minimum): Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Business Management/Management or related field
Experience: 6/8 years of relevant banking experience; Three years in a senior position
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 5: Manager, Credit Follow-up & Monitoring Division
Education (Minimum): Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Business Management/Management or related field
Experience: 6/8 years of relevant banking experience; Three years in a senior position

Position 6: Director, Corporate Strategy & Transformation Department
Education (Minimum): Master’s/MBA/MSc or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Accounting/Business Administration/Economics or related field
Experience: 8/10 years of relevant banking experience; Three years in a managerial position

Salary: According to the Bank’s Salary Scale
